How to purchase online
Follow these 6 simple steps:

Select animal type and product category
From the homepage or top menu, choose the type of animal and the desired product category. Each product has a detailed information page to assist with your purchase.

Select product
Click on the product you are interested in. If the product has multiple models, select your preferred model from the dropdown menu; the price will update accordingly. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

Add to cart
Select the desired quantity and click "Add to cart". You can also add related accessories. In the cart, you will see the shipping costs, calculated based on the total weight of the items.

Proceed with order
Click "Proceed with order" to view the order summary. You can modify quantities or remove items. To add more products, return to the menu and repeat the steps.

Enter details, select shipping and payment
- Personal details: Enter your name, surname, and email. You can create an account for future purchases or proceed as a guest after accepting the privacy policy.
- Addresses: Enter your billing address and, if different, the shipping address. For companies, enter the VAT/Tax ID and Unique SDI Code. For individuals, enter the Tax ID.
- Phone number: Required to be contacted by the courier for delivery.
- Shipping method and notes: View shipping costs. You can add notes for additional communication or instructions for the courier.
- Payment: Choose your preferred payment method (Bank transfer, Cash on delivery, PayPal, PayPal in 3 installments, Credit card). Accept the privacy policy and proceed.

Confirm order
Click "Confirm order". You will receive an email confirming your order. The goods will be delivered by a national courier in about 4-7 business days. For international shipments, delivery takes approximately 10-15 business days.
