Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of order placement, based on the total weight of the goods and the destination.

  • Italy: Shipping costs are displayed in the cart after adding the products.
  • Italian Minor Islands: An additional fee may apply. In such cases, we will contact you to agree on any extra costs.
  • Europe: We ship throughout Europe. To view shipping costs, please register on our website.
  • Non-EU Countries, Switzerland, Free Zones: Please contact us for a personalized quote that includes customs fees and any additional charges.
  • Rest of the World: For international shipments outside Europe, please contact us to obtain shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

Order Processing Times

  • Online Orders: Orders received through our e-commerce platform are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Quotation Orders: For orders placed upon acceptance of a quotation, the processing times indicated in the document will be respected.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. The courier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.


Delivery Times

  • Italy: Delivery occurs within 4–7 business days from the date of shipment, unless otherwise indicated by the courier.
  • Europe: Estimated delivery times are between 10–15 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, traffic conditions, or regulatory requirements. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, by prior arrangement.


Delivery Methods

Goods are delivered at street level (the point accessible by the delivery vehicle) without porterage service, using trucks equipped with hydraulic tail lifts.


Accessibility for Delivery

Please inform us if access to your location is limited due to:

  • Legal Restrictions: Restricted traffic zones, bans on heavy vehicles, etc.
  • Maneuvering Difficulties: Narrow streets, steep slopes, etc.

  • Cellophane and bubble wrap for additional protection
  • Pallets for large shipments

Acceptance of Goods

Upon delivery, we recommend that you:

  1. Check the number of packages: Ensure it matches the number indicated on the delivery document.
  2. Verify the integrity of the packaging: Make sure it is not damaged, wet, or tampered with.

In Case of Anomalies:

  • Sign with Reservation: Write "Accepted with reservation" on the courier's delivery document, specifying the reason (e.g., damaged packaging).
  • Photographic Documentation: Take photos of the packaging and any damaged goods.
